Early morning is the best time for work out training

Fact: there is no specific time that can be determine as best time to work out

The best time to work out is the time when you are actually working out. Although most people are prefer to exercise in the morning because it is easier to perform their exercise program. Any later than that some unexpected events might happen that can hinder them to perform their workout schedule.

Always perform cardio exercise first before doing strength exercise

Fact: it does not matter which exercise that should be perform first

Any exercise sequence is good, people just need to ensure that they perform both type of exercise for better result on the physical program.

Working out with empty stomach can burn more body fat and reduce weight faster

Fact: working out with empty stomach has no effect on the weight loss program’s result

In fact exercising with empty stomach could make people has no energy to perform the training schedule. So, even if people are training early in the morning as soon as they wake up, they should eating something light to build up more energy to work out.

Stretching prior to exercise can improve the training

Fact: stretching before the training can decrease the work out

Stretching before the real exercise will make some tissues and muscles to relax which will reduce the exercise performance and also increase the risk for getting injured.

If there is no sweat, then the exercise is not intense enough

Fact: each people are sweating differently, therefore people should not be bothered on how much sweat that they produced when exercising.

Muscle will become fat if you stop exercising

Fact: muscle has different substance than fat, so it cannot automatically turn to fat

When people stop exercising, their muscle cells will start to decrease causing the muscle become smaller. This will allow body to store more fat to fill the space from the decreased muscle.

Sauna can assist people to burn fat

Fact: sauna will make body to lose fluid because of the sweating

The weight that is lose is due to the loss of water from body not from the fat. The weight will be back in 24 hours from the water that you drink.

 

So, in conclusion after going through all of the exercise myths that have been described, make an improvement to habits, lifestyle, dedication and hard work on the exercise program is the best method to get best result in weight loss program.

Eliminate large belly with ab exercise

Fact: You cannot eliminate pot belly with ab exercise.

No matter how much the ab exercise that you do, the exercise will not buffed your stomach. The stomach would become smaller and appear toned after you have change your eating habits and also decrease the overall body fat.

Bulking up with strength training

Fact: The main purpose of strength training is not to make the muscle become bulky but to improve the efficiency of metabolism.

Strength training is one of exercise wonder. Unlike men, women cannot gain muscle despite what you have read from various exercise magazines.

This is because the differences of hormones in women compare to men. The hormones which are produced by women body are very different from men. Hence women does not has the ability to gain muscle like their opposite gender.

But, people should incorporate strength training to their workout program at least 2 days/week to improve the efficiency of their exercise program and also improve the exercise overall results. Strength training will also improve bone density which is very important for every women.

Measure the weight every day to keep up the progress

Fact: People should change their goal from ‘weight’ loss to ‘fat’ loss.

Measuring the body composition at the start of weight loss program will be less disappointing compare than measuring the weight every day. Weigh in every day can make you become discourage and bringing you down mentally and emotionally.

People should know that every pound of lean muscle that they gain, it will make the fat burning process become more effective. Their body will also become much better with additional lean muscle.

Good workout is marked by soreness

Fact: Muscle soreness is caused there is small tears from the muscle, if the muscle become too sore than the damage would be worse and you need to rest more than usual to recover the muscle tear.

If a person begin any fitness program, they are surely will get sore muscle, particularly when they did not been exercising for a long time. But, after working out regularly for around a month, they will no longer get sore after they are finish doing their exercise routine.

But, they should be ready to feel some muscle soreness when they switch to another type of work out. This is happen because they will be using different muscle than the regular muscles which have been strengthen by their previous exercise type.

Sport InjuriesIn all over the earth, there are many people that participating in various sports activity in one way or the other. Regardless they are doing it for fun and games in a small yard, exercise for health reasons, practice, or for more serious reasons such as competition to become champion or winning the trophy.

Unfortunately while gaining the benefit of the sports activity, these people are also open to the risk of getting accident that could result in injuries. The severity of injury are vary from having slight discomfort in body parts to the severe pain from wound, braking bones, or injured muscles that would take weeks or even months to heal.

Some injuries can occurs because the constant movement of muscles or body parts such as sprain or muscle tear. But, an accident can also happen because improper training, warm up or stretching, improper practice, poor techniques and inadequate equipment.

Here are few types of sport injuries that often occurs in any sports activity whether in professional games or playing at home. It is necessary to understand the cause for the pain and give the proper medication to treat the pain at least for the early treatment to prevent from getting worse.

Muscle sprains and strains

These condition is the most common accident that can occurs in sports activity or workout. These injuries can happen in every parts of the sport activity.

The sprain can happen if there is tears at the ligament. The severity is vary from minor injury to severe damage. The injury often happen in the joint area such as wrists, knees or ankles.

Meanwhile the strain happen when the fibers in the tendon are stretch. The strain is also more familiar as the pulled muscle.

Bone fractures

This condition is also called broken bone. The injury is quite common to occur on the acute bone. The bone that often receive impact or put on stress often can make fracture to the bone. Even with small fracture at the bone, it can cause severe pain to the body part. This injury often occur to the feet or legs.

Joint dislocation

This injury occur when the joint get pushed too hard so the bones moved out from it place in the joint. This condition is also called luxation. Full physical contact sport such as football, soccer or basketball, too much stretching often lead to joint dislocation.

 

All of these sport injuries require full medical attention to make sure that the person can have full recovery to their physical condition.
